This API accepts only one parameter.
Text : Any valid integer
seconds : 1 - 60
Note: If seconds value is more than 60 it will automatically changed to 3 seconds. Make sure you pass the values from 1 - 60

Test slow or delay response by adding number of seconds between 1 - 60
Note: If seconds value is more than 60 then it will be automatically changed to 3 which is default.
